Biannually the Society has a member and offspring event; this Trader Vic evening was very festive, overlooking San Francisco Bay. The pupus were ample and a taste of Polynesia; the palm hearts a delight. The room-temperature seafood tower was most unusual and offered a succulent array of sauces and marine bites to match the chardonnay. The younger crowd clearly enjoyed the evening; the elders proudly did, as well. (LL)
