George Morrone created a rare treat for our meal, in fact two courses of tartare plus a delightful evening with wines (all from our cellar) perfectly matched to each exciting presentation. The hum of anticipation grew with each. The spicy crab cakes and sweet dessert wine created an unanticipated treat. His restaurant is as elegant as was the meal. Compliments to the committee for delivering to our highest standards. (LL)
